I am committed to practicing acupuncture in service of the healing and transformation of my clients. 

I completed my Master of Acupuncture Degree at the Tai Sophia Institute (now Maryland University of Integrative Health). I am a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Maryland, as well as a yoga instructor.  I am passionate about empowering my clients to understand and learn from their bodies, and am devoted to helping the people I work with experience greater ease, purpose, and awareness. I, myself, have been deeply transformed through receiving acupuncture treatment, and this medicine continues to support me on my journey of self-cultivation.
